these are free classified ads and they are local. Good to excellent fast response.

You can start your own website with pictures and history very inexpensively - and advertise a one line in your local classified and penny savers. You can do a starter for around $10.00 with your own dot com address.

You can list it on www.pianomart.com  - this company charge 3% after you have sold it - very dependable. Pictures - pictures  

You can list it on all search engines for a local search free of charge - this is a good place to list your piano.  

If there is a local College or University in your area, post notices in the music department.  

Also:

Put a sign in front of your house "Piano for Sale" - about the size of a real estate sign, nicely done.
